RE Outbreak Chapter 15

Cindy stopped, "Wait. There was a door.. Lets go back.. I think we can open it.."

Alyssa shook ehr head, "We can't stop now, sister. You saw whta happened to mark, that can happen to one of us. Lets just keep going."

Cindy spotted a shotgun on a bench and grabbed it, "Trust me. Please."

Alyssa and Kevin stopped and turned around too Cindy, "Okay. Fine. Make it quick."

Cindy smiled. She finally had Alyssa trusting her. She ran over too the door at the beginning of the hall and tried too turn the knob, "Need a cardreader. Think I can shoot it?"

Kevin nodded and smiled at her, giving her hope. She blasted her shotgun several times to the door. The door opened and there was a dark room. Cindy gave a cheer and ran into the room.

It was a small Security office, and they met the others.

Jim smiled, "Than' god we found ya'!"

Yoko looked around the small group on the oppisite side of them, "Where's Mark..?"

They looked down with a sad face, Cindy looked up and stared at Kevin, who was the only one with a guilty face. She patted his shoulder, it would slow them down, and it made her sad too watch Kevin miserable like that.

Yoko sighed, "Oh.."

Silence spreaded the room. George looked up at everyone and picked up the jewel out of his pocket, "We found a blue jewel. If Mark was her-"

"SHUT UP!" Alyssa shouted, "That'll just slow us down more, genius!"

George let out a groan and threw the jewel at a statue, as it formed a small hole.

David walked over too the statue, observing the hole, "Looks like we got ourselves a prank at work. What if we move something..?"
Jim nodded, "Yeah! Like tha' bookcase!"

"Worth giving a shot." George smiled.

Kevin walked over too the bookcase and slid it to the side. Where there was a door that had no doorkob. David glanced at the hole again, "It somehow got wider. Looks like it can fit a jewel."

George walked too the statue and put the jewel in, "It fits!"

Cindy cheered too herself, the door opened! She ran too the door and walked in.
"This must be the lobby, the man was talking about.."

"We turned sum powa' on, yo! We found an acid blasta', too!" Jim said, his hands were in his pockets as he took small steps through the small stair paths.
Alyssa turned on the ladder, and it lowered itself.

They all went down one by one, "Its best if we turn the fire alarm on at that small desk back there.. If it works.." Kevin suggested.
They agreed. Yoko headed too the alarm and turned it off. They all headed for the door that had a clear path.

Kevin made his way first, but when he was about too get out, a mutated monster came out. It was the monster Cindy found earlier! Cindy let out a small gasp. The creature grabbed Kevin with its long tounge and strangled him.

6 creatures came out at once. Cindy grabbed an iron pole too go get Kevin down, but dropped too her knees too find a licker on her. She wacked it a few times and got up, killing it.

"KEVIN!" Cindy yelled, she couldn't loose another one!

Kevin finally dropped onto the ground, and he was crutched down. Cindy ran to him and took hold, "Kevin.. You should be careful."

"I'm okay.. Get out of here." He whispered. It was loud enough for only Cindy too hear. Cindy shook her head, "No.. We're not loosing another one."
Cindy let go of him, "Stay here for a moment."

She took out her shotgun and shot the black haired monster a few times, and it let out a scream.

"I think its working.." Alyssa said, as she walked over, aiming at anything that went into her way.

"Yeah.. few more shots and.."

The creature fell down and let out a scream, and finally died. All the others were still alive. Cindy gripped onto kevin and walked him out of the door before they got them, with everyone following.

They walked out too firefighters everywhere. They spotted Mark in back of an ambulance, the door was open and he was alive.

Kevin smiled, "MARK!"

He was glad too see his friend Mark again, "Hey, soldia'."

Cindy ran over, "How'd you survive that fall?!"

Mark shrugged, "We'll.. I was fallin' and when I was about to hit the ground I took hold of the windows, soldia', I climbs into the window into a small room, and waited for rescue. Firefighters soon came and looked up into the window, and got me out."

Alyssa walked over to the firefighters, "We owe ya a thanks."

The firefighter smiled, "Good thing you got out, you got lucky, same with your friend. It isn't just this building on fire, though. Its almost all of them."

Alyssa groaned, "Agh! I'm tired! Can't I get a break? Another journey we'll have too do.."

Firefighters scattered everywhere, trying too put the flames out, while everyone rested.
